Inspired by the N99
Elders Challenge, I made a set of three little houses for older Sims to
retire to. Of course, they would work very well for younger Sims' families as
well. Note: these are NOT starter homes. Your Elder Sims will need to have a
little income to manage here.
This house is a little larger than the others, with room for grandchildren's
visits, live-in servants or carers.
There is a garage and small rear terrace. Apple trees in the garden will take
little work.
Three bedrooms. A few solar panels on the roof to keep the family Green happy
(and the bills down!)
