Inspired by the N99
Elders Challenge, I made a set of three little houses for older Sims to
retire to. Of course, they would work very well for younger Sims' families as
well. Note: these are NOT starter homes. Your Elder Sims will need to have a
little income to manage here.
This is quite a small house, for a Sim or couple who like to garden, but not
excessively.

One bedroom, two bathrooms, garage.
There is a small rear yard that could be used for a utility area or to grow
vegetables.
